Due to revalidate your DP Certificate in 2024? 

 

Got the sea time but not the CPD? 

 

Apply now and gain 12 months to complete the CPD requirements 

 

 

Requirements for online revalidation have changed! You will need to:   

 

  • Confirm 150 days of DP sea time/DP activities in the last 5 years,  

AND EITHER

 

  • Complete one year of an NI approved Continuing Professional Development programme, AND The NI Revalidation Online Exam.    

 

OR

  • Complete the DP Refresher and Competency Assessment Course.  

 

If you’ve got the 150 days sea time, but still need to complete the CPD requirements - no problem!   

 

You can submit your online application right now. You will receive an indemnity letter that gives you 12 months to complete the new requirements, during which time your certificate will remain valid.  

 

Note: You can only start your online application up to 6 months before your DP Certificate expiry date, eg. certificate expires 23/10/2024, you will not be able to select the Revalidation option before23/4/2024.
